Types of Support Services


Annual support contracts
Annual support contracts are offered in three tiers of support level starting from a simple break/fix service to a fully managed service.

Bronze Level - A break/fix support service to resolve issues as they happen with response times within an agreed Service Level Agreement.

Silver Level - A preventative maintenance support contract in which the environment is monitored to pre-empt issues arising and keep the system running at optimal efficiency. This includes healthcheck reports and the implementation of service packs, patches and corrective measures if required. Dedicated channels are also provided to report issues which are responded to within an agreed Service Level Agreement.

Gold Level - A fully managed service solution which includes everything in the Silver Level plus the implementation of corrective new tasks, cosmetic improvements and reconfiguration due to legislative or regulatory changes.
